1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected method. The following rates apply to orders shipped within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 – 5–7 business days (Free on orders over $75.00)
- Express Shipping: $12.99 – 2–3 business days
- Overnight Delivery: $24.99 – Next business day
- Free Shipping: Free – 5–7 business days (on qualifying orders)
3. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout—no coupon code is required. The estimated delivery time for free shipping is 5–7 business days after processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and activated by the carrier.
5. Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery times, Kelaryhomes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived 7 business days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee will apply to send the order to the correct address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your local post office. If the package appears to be lost in transit:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Kelaryhomes will either replace the items or issue a refund for the affected order.
8. International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. Please note the following for orders shipped outside the United States:
- The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. Kelaryhomes has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Delivery times vary significantly by destination country and are not guaranteed.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some items (such as certain mugs or tumblers) may not be available for international shipment.
