We will let you know whether the change is possible based on the order’s processing status. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at support@kelaryhomes.com. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us by email with your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue under our store policies.
